We would love to meet you at your space!
Q&A is currently looking for organizations within the Mid-South (businesses, churches, neighborhood associations, etc…) who will welcome us to visit your space and have a conversation with you about who we are, what we do, and the greater LGBTQIA community. We are prepared to meet you onsite and host a 30 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute gathering. This could be for a small group gathering (10-15) or a larger group(as many people as your space allows). Ideal for businesses and churches who are seeking information on how to continue and possibly expand your support of the LGBTQIA community. Each time length will begin with a brief performance of our work to be followed by a moderated discussion.
the Topics available for Q&A to bring to you:
DeCoding Language (breaking down terms, definitions, and walls)
Being Welcome, Not Just Tolerated (an exploration on community)
Impact of Politics on Queer Youth (facing fears and the future)
This is made possible by the 2018 GIVE365 campaign, through which Q&A is a proud recipient of funding. The GIVE 365 theme this year is ‘Reconnecting Memphis’ more information about the GIVE365 program here:
