The Miracle Worker

Oliver!

The Velveteen Rabbit

Adapted by Catherine Gray, Novel by Margery Williams-Bianco

Margery Williams’ classic story of a velveteen rabbit, who becomes real through the love of a child, is brought to life in this wonderful adaptation by Catherine Gray. A stuffed toy rabbit, given as a gift to a young boy, wishes for the day the boy will choose him as his special playmate, so that he can become real. Through love, devotion and a little bit of magic, he not only becomes a truly beloved toy, but is miraculously transformed into a real woodland rabbit.

To Our Educators

Playhouse on the Square, The Circuit Playhouse, and the Playhouse on the Square Touring Company would like to invite you and your students to experience professional live theatre this school year. From Narnia to The Toymaker's Apprentice to Trouble in Mind to The Miracle Worker to Oliver! to The Velveteen Rabbit there is something for all ages, and all forms of study.

We feel it is important to combine the arts with education, and we offer a variety of shows to do just that. Study guides and talk-backs with the actors are just two ways we strive to make your partnership with us an experience you and your students will remember. We encourage you not to wait too long, as seats go fast.

Thank you for all that you do, and we'll see you at the theatre!
